YWCA Evanston/North Shore is growing! As a member of our team, you become part of the oldest and largest women’s membership organization serving the needs of women and girls in the Chicagoland area. We are a social justice organization dedicated to eliminating racism and empowering women. Through a combination of direct services, education and training, and advocacy, we work towards social justice in three key areas: racial justice and civil rights, empowerment and economic advancement of women and girls, and health and safety of women and girls.

Administration
The administrative team is comprised of our finance, operations, development, communications, data & compliance, and human resources departments.

We offer housing, counseling, support services, a children’s program, violence training and prevention, legal advocacy, and community education.

YWCA’s Equity institute promotes racial equity at all levels by engaging with individuals, community groups, and institutions.

We provide economic advancement programs that empower, build confidence and competencies through education, training, and engagement.

The Flying Fish community empowers children to learn new skills and achieve their goals in a compassionate environment.

Our consignment and resale stores engage volunteers and connect our communities by reducing waste and contributing proceeds to the YWCA.
