Established in 1931, YWCA Evanston/North Shore is a non-profit social justice organization dedicated to eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all.

We work to stand up for social justice and strengthen local communities, and serve more than 8,000 people annually across Northern Cook County through our Freedom from Violence, Equity Institute, Economic Advancement, and Flying Fish Aquatics for All programs.
